Our goal of this web presence is to be able to bring you the most up-to-date information possible concerning appraising, appraisal legislation in the Missouri Senate and Missouri House of Representatives, and appraisal laws.



The Missouri Appraiser Advisory Council (MAAC) was formed by the major appraisal organizations in Missouri in order to ensure that an effective appraiser certification law and system was set up according to the federal mandate. MAAC continues to work in the area of appraisal legislation. The MAAC member organizations are:
